"The Ghosty Monster. He has one eye, puts toothpaste in his mouth, and puts blankets on his eye. He only eats chocolate and he's is ginormous big! He really likes having baths, showers, and splashing water all over the place. The windows of his house are red, the walls are silver, the roof is pink, and the door handles are yellow. All of the other monsters are friends with Ghosty Monsters. His dog is called Bongk, and he looks like a planet."

"The Shampoo Monster. He's the shape of a letter 'T'. He has 20 legs, 100 eyeballs...some of them are brown, some of them are blue, some of them are black, AND some of them are pink! He sometimes switches spaces, and he's not always nice to people when he reads them stories. He pumps in the bath, and gets bubbles in people's eyes. That's what he does!"

"Guitar Monster and his name is Marb! He also plays funny tricks, but they're not quite funny! He puts magnifying glasses on your head, they smash, and then the pieces have to go in the bin. They break leaves for caterpillars to fall on, and they go to a secret place where there is a wall, and they dig the sand before being put in the bin. He also breaks ships with his mighty jaws, and the pieces have to go...in the bin."

"Bath Monster, he goes in the plug, and he's made out of baths. He makes a noise that goes "glug glug glug". His legs are made out of wood from the deep blue sea. He's a bit like an octopus but likes to eat hair, plants, and watering cans. He has two dogs, and two cats. One cat is called Tingy-Mong. The cat's fur is rainbow with cute paws. The bath monster is helped by the walls so he can creep up on us."

"Tommy, the 'Moon Monster' does lots of things like putting soup cans on people's heads, and the soup dribbles down them, and they have to have a bath. He steals blankets at night, and he also steals cats AND dogs! He also likes to steal teddies AND binoculars. He only steals binoculars IF he wants to see in the night. He likes to put cans on people's heads and mushrooms come down so they have to shower, and all the mushrooms go down the water plug."

"Bed Monster is a girl. She has 2 and 1/2 legs, 3 eyeballs, and rainbow hair. She lives in the village with the other monsters. The bed monster is the only one who goes "raaaahhH". The bad monster is silly, and wears slippers on her hands and feet. She has a hairy back, and her hair is purple. Personal items carried: phone, telescope, arts and crafts, and paint to rub on people so they don't get annoyed."

"Knot Fairy Monster dances in your hair, and ties you in knots. They are one-hundred big, and they have got skinny legs. They have so many legs that they can attack hair. We CAN beat the knot fairies by brushing our hair! When we scratch our hair...they grow extra legs to make more knots."

"Wind Monster he blows houses down, and whistles in your ears! His house is the shape of a bed, AND he lives with the bed monster. He has one head, no body, and lots of hair. He just does those things."

"Noodle Monster is bright orange, and he loves to dance and fall over on tables. He wears lip balm and snatches the Bum Monster's bones! He always plays funny tricks like creeping up on people, and then creeping up on them to scare them. He has forty-one noses, and forty-hundred legs...which is more than ever! His favourite game is frisbees. He plays with nobody, only with himself in the mirror. He lives in a tall, black, silver and rainbow coloured house."

"Bogie monster...he has five legs and he can get in anywhere. He has strawberry colour hair and the rest is bogie colour! He comes out at night, and he gobbles up bogies if you pick your nose. He also loves bogie tissue, which he carries in his pockets to eat in winter. He also has a dog called Tommy-Weed whose fur is rainbow coloured, and black, and white. He also has a cat which is black, orange and white called Nomi-Tubes. The bogie monster lives in a silver, green, pink and black house with 45 doors, 1 bedroom, 45 toilets (just in case one is broken), 2 kitchens, and 20 sofas. He only smiles when under the light."

"The 'NO' monster! If you sleep with your glasses on at night...he will eat your glasses, and if you put your glasses off...he won't! He looks like a thin pencil. When he moves his right hand he becomes an aubergine, and if he moves his left hand he becomes a lemon. The 'NO' monster wears six-hundred shoes, and two & a half gloves, BUT ONLY when it's cold."

"The Bucket Monster. He hides under his bed when he has a bath. He is twenty, sixty, twenty-eight, one-hundred & a million, trillion, billion, million years old. He lives in a cottage which is near toilet rolls. He rides and he rides around the silver ring Dad wears on his finger and he goes up to the surface. At the top of the surface, are manta rays and blue whales, and 100,000,045 Dads, Mum's, Orla's, Finley's & dogs called Dandelion which is my dog.
Bucket Monsters job is breaking fire engines because he is a bad guy. He rides across his bedroom on a spooky, spooky ghost blanket and crashes into books, before eating a fire engine for dinner..he eats fire engines for pudding and then has a shower. He then goes to bed. He wakes up in the morning, has his breakfast and rides on Santa's sleigh.
He also rides around his bedroom like a fawning bear and he likes to eat tissues, bath bombs and he really likes to snort.
